DD series meat trimming machines are designed to remove veins from raw meats such as beef drumsticks, turkey drumsticks, etc. thanks to very soft processing:
— no pre-grinding is required even for large pieces of meat,

EFFECT: obtaining trimmed minced meat of high quality with optimal yield, high technological characteristics and meeting high hygienic requirements. As with the patented D-series technology, the special design of the units allows for the least possible pressure on the raw material. The special design of the feed funnel and the low rotation speed keep the characteristics of the raw materials. The filter with round openings is designed for the production of high quality trimmed meat.
LIMA offers 6 different models with capacities ranging from 200 to 8.000 kg/h depending on your type of raw material and the required capacity.
