Description
The slicer is designed for cutting and stacking cheese, sausages and boneless meat products. The machine, despite its compact size, has a high performance. The reliability of the machine provides the possibility for continuous operation in several shifts. The slicer is easily integrated into the production line with scales for dynamic weighing of the product, and a stacker for sorting and laying out the product, as well as further connection with packaging equipment. Changing the product intended for cutting does not require mechanical readjustment of the equipment. Treif slicers use involute blades, which provide more options for achieving optimal slicing results.
The patented SAS technology provides a variety of options and optimal possibilities for slicing and laying out the product.
The open design and easy access to the slicing area creates optimal conditions for washing and cleaning the machine, as well as for safe blade changes.
The case is made of stainless steel, the welds are specially processed and have a perfect look, the design is waterproof.
The machine has electronic control, the control of which is provided by a touch display with an easily understandable menu. Debugging of the control system can be done in network mode.
