Description
The meat and bone separator Sepamatic 410 is designed to separate raw meat from unwanted components such as cartilage, tendons, skin and bones.
Excellent for separating pollock and cod roe from ovaries.
The raw material to be processed is pulled between a highly elastic pressure band and a perforated stainless steel drum rotating with it and is subjected to a short pressing and separating action that occurs in increments. Hard, large or sticky parts remain on the outside of the drum, and all softened parts are forced inward through the holes of the drum.
