The machine is specialized for poultry meat.
Separators for separating meat from bones are designed for the industrial production of meat products, as well as other food products. They are used for mechanical additional deboning of meat from pork bones, poultry bones and cattle. Pre-cut bones on the bone cutter are sent to the hopper of the separator by a screw conveyor. Chopped bones with the remains of meat are forced through a sieve with holes with the help of an auger, where the meat is separated from the bones. The resulting raw material enters the separator directly into the handling trolley, and the waste goes through the chute to another trolley. The equipment improves production efficiency.
Meat separators have a massive frame design that meets all sanitary and hygienic requirements and durability.
Rounded shapes and polished surfaces allow thorough cleaning.
All main controls are located within the operator’s field of vision and are easily accessible.
