Usage: Hard separator also called bone separator is designed to remove bone soft tissue. For the use of meat from the bones of poultry, poultry – carcasses, poultry, necks, bones and brisket of pork, lamb, backs of calves and cattle – carcasses, bones and fish. Pork, beef, veal and other cartilaginous soft tissues can also be processed. Treatment of tubular bones is possible, but in this small model it makes relatively little sense.
The machine is ideal for small or medium sized meat and/or poultry meat slaughterhouses and butchers.
Working principle: in the built-in bunker, the product is fed by a dosing auger, divided into certain raw materials of the working chamber, automatically including a TV from the working auger and a filter. There, the raw material is pressed under extremely high pressure, whereby the soft tissues (muscle mass) are separated from the bone and through a filter (1.0 mm) are separated from the bone and thus separated.
Yield: Yield will be Lt. The manufacturer is listed from 40 to 85%. The yield depends on the type of feedstock to be separated and its continuous provision. Example of a bird carcass – yield approx. 60 – 70% Example of a neck bird – approximately 70 – 75% return

The machine stands on a 4-carrier rack equipped with 4 wheels, which makes it easy and simple to transport and use flexibly. In addition, a folding lift of the machine and a tool rack are installed in the carrier rack.
