The Baader 600 deboning press provides soft trimming of meat raw materials.
The raw material is pulled between the highly elastic clamping belt of the operating conveyor and the perforated stainless steel drum rotating with it and subjected to a brief pressing action, during which the soft parts are forced into the drum through the holes, and the hard parts, such as bones and tendons, remain on its outside.
Productivity: up to 400 kg/h
The output of the final product may vary depending on the diameter of the holes of the drum, the processed product and its degree of grinding, contact pressure, etc.
The Baader 600 endower is easy to use and easy to clean. The machine is made in accordance with high hygiene standards. It also features a wear-resistant and product-friendly clamping system and a long service life of parts subject to wear. The machine is equipped with wheels for easy movement.
