Description
The raw material enters the perforated drum and is pressed by the piston. Due to the pressure of the piston, the muscle tissue is forced out through the holes, and the compressed bone residue is removed from the drum for additional deboning of all types of bones (pork, beef, etc.)
Perforated drum with hole diameter 2 mm included.
