MEYN’s BC-40 Filleting Machine is designed to convert a manual, continuous flow of breast tops into clean breast fillets of the highest quality. The remainder after removal of the fillet is the skin, a thin layer from the sternum and the frame. Maximum productivity up to 3500 breasts per hour.
