The productivity of the dividing module TM 203 reaches 1200 cuts per minute.
The number of servings per minute depends on the length of the product, the minimum length is 50 mm.
The ideal number of divisions is achieved by precise positioning of the sickle-shaped knife at the point of product linkage. The operator can precisely adjust the cutting point by using the computer installed on the machine. The falling and outfeed conveyors are simply adapted to the respective caliber of the sausage and ensure that it is gently guided through the cutting unit. The result is precise cutting even of curved products, always closed ends and perfect link retention! The machine can be integrated into packaging lines and can also be used in combination with a VEMAG line for the production of kupats.
The knife compartment is easily accessible for sanitation. Sanitation is carried out using conventional washing devices.
