The compact automatic slicer with integrated scale A 510 is capable of cutting up to 250 cuts per minute. Slicing various types of sausages and cheeses with stacking and offset – practically without prior freezing. Compact design for flexible solutions: the slicer can be used in small spaces, and it can also be moved to a wet room for cleaning. The slicer is ideal for both small businesses starting with individual packaging and large producers with a wide range of products to be sliced.
