Description

Compact design. The size of the working tunnel is 450 x 250 mm (for euroblocks). Execution of the car on two rollers allows to move the car without effort.
The temperature of the crushed product is up to -20 degrees.
Guillotine device. The guillotine knife cuts 35 mm thick pieces from the frozen block 45 times per minute. During this operation, mechanical components and parts are subjected to high stress. The durability of the working tool is ensured by the large guides of the guillotine knife and heavy-duty steel plates.
Chip collection. In continuous operation, even with a very smooth cut, chips cannot be avoided. Usually, the presence of chips in the ground product is undesirable. The chip drawer, located directly below the cutting area, allows you to decide what to do with the chips.
working tunnel. At a comfortable working height of approx. 1 meter, the frozen block is placed on a flat surface for unpacking and positioning. The block then slides down an incline exactly towards the cutterbar.
Knives. Depending on what further technological processing the product is to undergo, it becomes necessary to further grind the block. To do this, the cutting mechanism is equipped with vertical knives that cut the 450 mm layer into five pieces of 90 mm.
Guides for a standard trolley. The crushed product for further transportation and processing is fed into standard 200 liter trolleys. For a standard trolley, the machine has rails, so that the ground product does not fall to the floor and the trolley can be changed very quickly.
