Meat and bone separator Baader 603

Meat and bone separator Baader 603

Meat and bone separator Baader 603 – used

Condition: good

Description

Separator Baader 603 is designed to separate raw meat from unwanted components such as cartilage, tendons, skin and bones. This higher capacity variant of the separator features improved load design and operational reliability. It is used both for grading and for separating meat raw materials into mechanically deboned meat and meat and bone residue.

The new geometric shape of the unloading zone makes it possible to process also rather coarse raw materials, for example, parts of the humerus and similar raw materials in structure, and also facilitates loading. The raw material is pulled between the highly elastic clamping belt of the operating conveyor and the perforated stainless steel drum rotating with it and is subjected to a short pressing and separating action that occurs in increments. Hard, large or sticky parts remain on the outside of the drum, and all softened parts are forced inward through the holes.

The meat subjected to gentle separation by the Baader deboners has high values of pure meat protein in total protein, high BEFFE values (pure muscle protein content without connective tissue protein), and is close to premium meat in quality. The final product after finishing is dry granular minced meat with a degree of grinding corresponding to the diameter of the drum holes, which can be used to make high-quality boiled and smoked sausages.

The trimming machine removes up to 90-95% of the veins and cartilage found in the meat.

In the poultry processing industry, Baader finishers are used to obtain residual meat from carcasses or individual parts of poultry. Poultry deboning can be carried out without preliminary grinding by high-capacity machines equipped with a “pusher” and a perforated drum with a hole diameter of 2 mm. Poultry meat after additional deboning does not look like an emulsion, but minced meat with a fibrous structure with a low content of bone inclusions and is used for the production of high-grade sausages and chopped semi-finished products.

The type of raw material, its preliminary preparation, the required quality and the yield of the final product determine the choice of a perforated drum (which are produced with a hole diameter of 1.3/2.0/3.0/5.0/8.0/10.0 mm), such as flattening belt, machine settings.

Baader 603 combines all the advantages of other new generation separators in terms of product quality, maintainability, structural strength and high hygiene, thanks to an advanced design based on new technical solutions using high quality materials.

The deboning press can be equipped with devices that automate the loading and ensure a uniform continuous supply of the processed product, namely: a feeder, a lifting and tilting device, a belt conveyor, the supply of raw materials directly from the grinder.
