Description
TREIF RAPTOR dicing and strip cutting machine
The machine is designed for cutting the product into cubes and strips. It is able to work during long-term operation with the involvement of a minimum of personnel. RAPTOR is able to cut up to 4.5 tons of meat into precise cubes of 34×34 mm in one hour. The loading of a standard trolley with a capacity of 200 liters is carried out fully automatically by means of a lifting and tipping device. Up to 30 cutting programs can be stored in the machine’s memory. The software allows you to maintain and store statistics of performed operations.
