High precision and degree of application
The I-Slice 3300 slices and completes salmon batches based on package size and product weight. Salmon fillets are first weighed and scanned to calculate optimal utilization. Each slice is then cut to a predetermined target weight and the slices are matched in exact batches according to the package size.
Maximum process flexibility
The standard version slices salmon at an angle of 8° to 40°. For high-angle cutting, such as slicing portions, an updated version is available with angles ranging from 8° to 72°. The cutter can place batches on trays and trays in all standard retail sizes, or move directly from the belt to the packaging module.
Loading and unloading without manual labor
The slices in each batch are perfectly aligned for an aesthetically pleasing finished package and are automatically distributed along the entire length of the substrate. The combination of these characteristics and high accuracy in weight and quantity eliminates the need for manual labor.
