MSC is the MOST 650-45 horizontally extended fish and salmon cutter on the market. This is a new version of the LS 650-45 cutter with a new touch screen and a new fish meter.

All slicing processes are optimized and controlled by PLC and the slicing parameters fit easily into the touch screen. The fillet is fixed in the tail automatically before slicing and released after slicing.

Capacity slicing app. 120 kg / hour. 1 kg fillet. CP Long Slicer will always be able to complete the task, i.e. production of a whole pre-cut side with the specified specifications and required quality:
